Dodge Viper GTS-R 1:18 model Chassis C3

Modell of the first GT2 entered by ORECA at the Daytona 24 Hours in 1997. Modelled after chassis number C3, which was driven by Beretta/Archer/Duypuy. Nice details. Doors and hood open. Die-cast metal. Not in perfect shape by reasonnablöy OK if you´re not obsessed by little scratches. C3 was later driven at Le Mans 24 Hours by Bell/Morton/Yver, again as an ORECA works entry.

Description

Justin Bell, son of Le Mans legend Derk Bell, went on to race GTS-R C3 in the FIA world championship, clinching the 1997 GT2 world champion title. The model here was ordered to build by Chrysler as a promotionnal item of the real deal, when raced at Daytona Rolex 24.
