" />My artistic objective: "Formula One cars have always been designed for their aerodynamic efficiency, not their aesthetic quality. However, the beautifully sculpted carbon-fibre bodywork makes every car a piece of art in their own right. I have always been drawn to the detailed shapes of these amazingly intricate car designs. I love the way the reflections fall upon the curved metal, creating abstract patterns which can partially disguise these otherwise recognisable machines. These physical works of art can often be overpowered by advertising logos, but I try to draw the viewer’s attention away from these aspects and instead to the unique contours and lighting patterns that both defines the bodywork and makes them unique".
