    Nice helmet but missing the sponsor decals. Furthermore, collectors expecting to receive the helmet in a separate package to protect the box of the helmet being undamaged, without any stamps and no delivery stickers attached! Please, send the next item we order in a separate box, please!

Shipping Policy

A tracked service will be used for EU Orders.
EXTRA-EU Orders tracked service is subject to availability in Country of destination.

Orders are shipped subject to credit card authorization and stock availability.

Shipping Time & Cost

  • E.U. Countries FREE DELIVERY - shipped within 3 to 5 working days
  • International orders GBP 25 - shipped within 10 to 15 working days

Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional import taxes, Customs duties and local fees.
For US Consumers, imports of merchandise up to USD 800 will be allowed into the United States free from duties and taxes.
Additional charges for customs clearance: we have no control over these charges.
Please contact your local Customs office for further information.
Please note, if Customs charges and duties related to the order are not paid by the Customer in due time, the Package will be destroyed with no refund.
Any costs associated with returning Shipments to our Store due to unpaid Customs charges is not our responsibility and will not be covered by TeamAF.

Refund Policy

The initial postage and packaging charge is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
All Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Please allow up to 10(ten) working days from receipt of items for the refund to reach your account.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You can return any item that you have ordered online within 3 weeks from the date you have received your order.
We recommend to use tracked delivery for items you are returning.
In all cases, except where an item is defective, the items returned must be in their original and saleable condition.
