Shipping policy

All posters are rolled with acid-free paper, inserted in a polythene sleeve and dispatched in a sturdy postal tube. Posters are printed to order within 5 business days and sent standard mail FREE anywhere in the world. The shipment is not tracked and delivery time will be subject to postal services of the destination country.

Refund/Exchange policy

All orders will receive a full refund if the shipment fails to arrive or is received in a poor condition subject to photographic evidence supplied by customer.

Cancellation policy

Primoposter will only accept a cancellation 24 hours from when the order was placed. Returns are acceptable if customer covers the cost of re-shipping and order will be refunded if Primoposter receive the returned poster in good condition.
