Shop Policies

Shipping policy

Full payment must be received before prints are sent and no order will be dispatched under any circumstances until payment has been cleared. All prints are sent in postal tubes and are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For at a cost of £4.50 and if sent internationally, at a charge of £9.50 for International Tracked. Discount on postage is available on combined orders and will be calculated at invoice stage.

Refund/Exchange policy

If an existing print is lost in the post, all reasonable efforts will be made to locate it. Proof of postage is obtained for all orders and can be forwarded to the buyer if required. ‘Signed For Delivery’ and ‘Special Delivery’ is available at an additional fee and is strongly recommended for commission orders. If the order is not delivered, an alternative print will be sent at the fee of additional postage costs. In the event that prints are damaged in transit, please return the prints back to the sellers address and alternative print(s) may be sent or a full refund will be given upon the buyers request.
