ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM THE UK AND MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR UK ADDRESS.
If you have purchased your goods online and, within 14 days, are not happy with your Thunderflash Design purchase, simply return the goods to us in the original condition including a copy of the original delivery note and a message stating you wish to make a return;
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us by registered post. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting and comprehensive insurance cover against loss, theft and damage. Proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered. If the item is of high value then we recommend insuring the item for this amount. The courier company you choose should be able to provide you with more information. Thunderflash Design cannot be held responsible for any stage of the returns process;
In the case of an exchange of item please include the returned item in perfect condition, a copy of the original delivery note and a message clearly stating which item you wish to exchange it for;
All goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, to receive an exchange or refund (less any postage and packaging);
Any goods returned incomplete [Removed], damaged or in any way different from the state in which they were dispatched by us will not be replaced or refunded;
Please note that refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
