Please before sending us product questions make sure that you have read through the product description on the product page carefully. If the information you require is not included please do not hesitate to get in contact with us. Let us know the name of the seller, the product name and the information you need and we will find out for you

Where is my order?

All of our sellers ship from different countries and use different shipping methods. This means that all of our sellers have different shipping policies and shipping times. You can find all of this information in the shipping tab located in the product page. Please check this information before contacting us. If you should have received your product already please do not hesitate to contact us and we will look into this for you.

How long does it take to ship to my country?

Please be aware that if you can not find your country listed in the shipping information this means that at this time this seller does NOT offer shipping in your country.

How much does it cost to ship to my country?

Can I return or exchange my item?

If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to exchange or return your item, you may be able to do so depending on the individual sellers policies. Please check the sellers policies within the SHIPPING tab on the product page.

Payment

I am trying to pay with Paypal

Please be aware that not all of our sellers offer Paypal as a payment option. If the Paypal payment option does not appear when you reach the payment page then you are unable to pay for this product via Paypal and will have to use the Card Payment option.

Do you accept offers?

The GPBox and its sellers do not accept offers on their products.

How do I use my coupon code?

To use a coupon code you will need to go to your cart. Make sure the item or items in your cart are eligible for this coupon code. Coupon codes are seller dependent. Add the code to the coupon box and redeem your discount.

My coupon code doesn't work

If your coupon code doesn’t work please check that you are applying the code to the right shop. Each shop can run their own promotions, with different coupon codes

Selling on The GPBox

Can I open a GPBox Shop?

The GPBox is a marketplace for everyone, if you have one product or many you can join The GPBox. You can even sell digital files with our ‘Downloadable’ product option.

How do I open a GPBox Shop?

Simply click here and start creating you shop.

How much does it cost to list an item?

Listing items on The GPBox is completely free. There are no upfront costs associated with setting up your shop and products on the site.

How do I get paid?

If you have chosen to use STRIPE you will receive your money instantly directly into your STRIPE account. If you are using PAYPAL the money will arrive in your PAYPAL account 24-48 hours after the sale is made.

Do you offer a print service?

At this moment in time we are not able to offer a printing service for your artwork.

Can you help me set up my GPBox shop?

Yes, of course! We offer a shop upload service, contact us now to get started.

Can you value my item?

At this moment in time we are unable to offer a product valuation service.

How will I know when I make a sale?

When somebody buys one of your products you will receive and email confirming all of your order details. This email will contain all the information for the product purchased (Size, finish etc) and the customer details and shipping address.

Can I upload my product pictures with a Watermark?

Yes, of course you can. We have no restrictions on Watermarks. Please be aware however that we love to promote our sellers work and will only do so if the watermark does not sit across the whole picture.

How many items can I list?

On The GPBox you can list unlimited products. In fact, the more the better!
