Return, refunds and exchange policies may differ from seller to seller.

Please check each individual vendor’s store refunds and exchanges policy, located on each of their products, for specific policies depending on the product type. If there is no store return policy, standard general policies will be implemented and obliged by.

In the case that a refund, exchange or cancellation is warranted, please abide by the following guidelines:

Orders may be canceled by the buyer or the vendor/seller up until the point when the order is marked as Processed.

Items may be returned for a full refund, as long as the item is received back to the seller in the same condition as it was sent and in the original packaging. The customer must contact the seller within 7 days of receiving the item and the item must be returned to the seller within 21 days of having the ‘request for a refund’ approved by the seller.

The buyer should check with the seller if they wish to exchange for another item or another size to see if an alternative is available. If an alternative is available any price differences will be added or subtracted accordingly. If the item is significantly different to how it was described the buyer will also be entitled to a full refund (within 28 days of the transaction).

Vendors are not responsible for any packages that are lost in the mail. You will need to contact the shipping carrier for this.
