Somethings are meant to be.
Halmo is a project born from the mind of Gianluca Tramonti, an Italian designer with a burning passion for everything that has got wheels on it. Gianluca was born in 1984 and grew up surrounded by cars. At the age of 24, after completing his graduation in architecture from Milan, he moved to Venice to pursue a master’s degree in nautical design.
He then went on to work for two years designing yachts after which he moved to New York City in 2012. After spending a couple of years in the United States, he returned to Italy and began his career in the automotive world as a restorer and classic car salesman. His new profession subsequently inspired a vision of creating unique products for those who share a passion similar to his.
How it all began.
Gianluca is deeply passionate about F1 and classic cars in general and it is no surprise that Halmo is headquartered in Romagna, a region in Northern Italy famous for its entrepreneurial heritage in the automobile industry and located about 100km from Maranello, home of Ferrari and the Formula One racing team, Scuderia Ferrari.
"Being second is to be the first of the ones who lose."Ayrton Senna
Gianluca’s goal is to provide fans with “Super Exclusive F1 items” that are so unique that they cannot be found anywhere else. This exclusivity is of course evident in the products on Halmo’s product page which consists of parts of MotoGP bikes and F1 cars that collectors would love to have. Gianluca’s favourite racers are Michael Schumacher, Ayrton Senna and Gilles Villeneuve and he has had the personal pleasure of meeting Senna in Imola. What a memory that must be!
So far, things are looking very promising for Gianluca and we hope that you find Halmo's products to be as enchanting as we do at the GPBox. Wendy is available on several social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
