Here at Artsy framing & Gifts we handcraft all our Bespoke Picture frames and computer cut Picture Mounts to the highest of standards. This enables us to deliver the highest quality solution for your Made to Measure Picture Framing & Picture Mount requirements.

All bespoke frames and mounts are cut, built and finished on site in Peterborough. We have a simple online ordering system for your everyday picture framing and canvas photo printing requirements, Our Frames are perfect for artwork framing, Jigsaw framing, tapestry framing, cross stitch framing or lace framing please contact us or visit the workshop to discuss your needs.

Our beautiful Made to Measure Picture Frames cater for any budget and to any size, all onsite in Peterborough. Our popular frames include our Buckingham range which 33x13mm in size and available in 6 colours.

We are specialists in Framed signed memorabilia, memorabilia, football shirt framing specialists, sports framing, and excel in Signed football shirt framing. We have framed football shirts for many of the top level football clubs. We were heavily involved with the official London 2012 Olympics memorabilia project, and work alongside many Sports Teams to supply signed memorabilia for the fans.

Our item framing can included your baby’s first booties or romper suit. Why not frame your beautiful wedding shoes surrounded by images from your big day? The failed fuel pump from your beloved VW camper would look lovely framed behind an acrylic dome and create a real talking point when hung at home

The ability to personalise your Photo Frames with messages adds that special touch. We have a three laser machine on site. We offer a wide range of personalised gifts for any occasion. From Birthdays, Mother Day, Valentines Day, Fathers Day or your Wedding Day we have a personalized product that everyone would love to receive.

Do you need help with Corporate Gifts? We have the ability to produce your Promotional Products and are happy with small runs no need to order thousands of products. We believe in keeping all our minimum order quantities low to enable small businesses to benefit from fantastic promotional items at realistic prices.

Shop Policies

Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders can take up to 3-5 business days to process.

Local delivery time

The delivery time depends on the destination and usually it is 3-7 business days.

European deliveries

European orders will take between 5 to 10 business days to be shipped.

International deliveries

Orders outside of Europe will take between 10 to 15 business days to be shipped.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The seller is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund/Exchange policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on unused goods if you contact us within 14 business days of delivery and dispatch products back within: 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping and insurance costs are also the responsibility of the customer. It is advised that all returned goods are insured and sent with tracking information. Until we receive your returned products, their condition is the customers responsibility.

Bespoke products, goods produced or sourced to order ([Removed], bespoke edition prints), vintage products or any custom made product won't qualify to be returned.

We'll send you an email to confirm that your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. This can take up to 7 business days.

Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.

Cancellation policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the customer is granted a cancellation period of 7 days from the date of submission of the order. The following will, therefore, apply to any cancellation received by Artsy Framing and Gifts.

In the event that the customer cancels the order within the above mentioned 7 day period, on return of the product if already dispatched, the customer will be granted a full refund of the product price.
