Shop Policies

Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order. We ship internationally. Expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days, in Europe, out of Europe 10-14 business days,since the day the package got shipped. After shipping you will be provided with the tracking number. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service generally , so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Refund/Exchange policy

We do except pre-approved returns within 15 days of delivery. The item must be in unworn new condition. You are responsible for shipping charges both ways. If your return is accepted, we will refund the cost of the items only. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Please do not return anything without emailing us first. Thank you.
