***THE ILLUSTRATION**
Thanks to our wonderful customers we have been able to allocate even more time to making higher detail illustrations!
All Billeresque images are created in high definition. Often our viewers think our work is photographic, but I promise you this is not the case! All illustrations are hand drawn pieces of art, created at huge sizes so that the details and colours are always sharp and vibrant.
***WALLPAPER***
If you want a wallpaper created for a driver, team or across our range of cars let us know.
It is not as expensive as you may think – and looks wonderful!
***FRAMING***
We cannot supply frames as our studio is not set up for this size of packaging.
However, for our gallery, we buy mdf ‘wood effect’ frames from Ebay. Just search Ebay for ‘picture frames’ and choose the size – out prints will drop straight in.
The frames can come with plastic glass and all fixings in place – at really good prices.
***MATERIAL***
We print on high quality professional semi-gloss photopaper.
This is a high quality print material that has a great sheen but doesn’t over reflect light.
***RETURNS AND DETAILS***

Shipping Policy
Processing time
All orders can take up to 1-3 business days to process.
Local delivery time
The delivery time depends on the destination and usually it is 2-3 business days.
European deliveries
European orders will take between 5 to 10 business days to be shipped.
International deliveries
Orders outside of Europe will take between 10 to 15 business days to be shipped.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The seller is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refund Policy
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on unused goods if you contact us within 14 business days of delivery and dispatch products back within: 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping and insurance costs are also the responsibility of the customer. It is advised that all returned goods are insured and sent with tracking information. Until we receive your returned products, their condition is the customers responsibility.
Bespoke products, goods produced or sourced to order (e.g. framed prints, bespoke edition prints), vintage products or any custom made product won't qualify to be returned.
We'll send you an email to confirm that your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. This can take up to 7 business days.
Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the customer is granted a cancellation period of 7 days from the date of submission of the order. The following will, therefore, apply to any cancellation received by Billeresque
In the event that the customer cancels the order within the above mentioned 7 day period, on return of the product if already dispatched, the customer will be granted a full refund of the product price.

This specific print that I had ordered was unavailable but Nigel @ GPBox promptly contacted me to arrange an alternative, which was posted and arrived the next day. The quality is excellent, and the text customisation I had asked for was accommodated, so can't fault anything!
