Office desk or bedside clock made from a 2017 Mercedes AMG Formula 1 wheel nut.

To prevent the nut from rolling all around your desk I have ground a flat on the underside of it.

This nut was originally back of the teams spares package that they took to races, sadly it never got the chance to be used on track, but I've now given it a new lease of life as this very cool looking desk clock, which would be an ideal gift for any motorsport fan!

Intended for use on the cars driven by world champion Lewis Hamilton & Valtteri Bottas.

In keeping with the motorsport theme the clock mechanism I have used has been designed to look like a racecars rev counter.

Each clock is supplied in a gift box, with its own individually numbered & laminated gift / information card.
Battery is supplied pre-fitted to the clock mechanism (it's very easy to change when needed though), it is a high quality quartz controlled unit with a glass face and polished chrome bezel.

Provides a great talking point, not many other people will have part of a real F1 car sat on their desk!.

I've shown the clock next to a standard 1/2" spanner to give you a better idea of its size. It measures approx 3.5" in diameter (90mm) and is around 3" deep (75mm).
