Our standard shipping method for most items is Hermes, however higher value items (£100+) will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or for larger items UPS.
We are happy to ship world wide, please feel fee to contact for us for a shipping quote, items will be sent via a tracked service.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase it can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (buyer to pay for the return postage costs).
Any clocks we supply have a 12 month warranty covering the mechanisms fitted to them.
