Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders can take up to 1-3 business days to process.

European deliveries

European orders will take between 5 to 10 business days to be delivered.

International deliveries

Orders outside of Europe will take between 15 to 30 business days to be delivered.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The seller is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund/Exchange policy

Returns & exchanges accepted within 30 days.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellation policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the customer is granted a cancellation period of 3 days from the date of submission of the order. The following will, therefore, apply to any cancellation received by AEM Design.

In the event that the customer cancels the order within the above mentioned 3 day period, on return of the product if already dispatched, the customer will be granted a full refund of the product price.
