Artist Unites – Exclusive Original Limited Edition Art & Illustration.

Welcome to Artist Unites, I have had a passion for art and equally for Motorsport especially Formula One for over 40 years now and every piece of art and illustration work I produce contains that same passion.

I also have pride in the fact that every piece I create is original and the work is limited edition therefore creating a piece of work that remains unique and the buyer has the confidence they own a either a one off original or has possession of a print that is exclusive and will never be repeated.

Within my shop I have art and illustration work for sale based on the vast range of Motorsport with a large emphasis on Formula One.

My Original Limited Edition artwork consists of a wide range of mediums, canvas art, framed art, prints, posters and trading cards.

I also offer a commission service if you would like a bespoke piece of art made just for you, again any artwork you would require would only be created for you the buyer and will not be repeated or shown anywhere without your consent.

Shipping Policy

Artist Unites provides a free shipping service within the U.K (excludes the Channel Islands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland). We usually process orders within 1-3 working days and then after dispatch please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive, this will depend on the size and quantity of your order and it will depend on whether it is shipped via Royal Mail or by Courier, but either way the order will be sent recorded delivery and will require a signature upon delivery. If your order contains prints then these will be sent via postal tube, the prints themselves will be wrapped in tissue and protective wrapping then placed inside the tube, a copy of the order and a certificate of authenticity will be placed inside the tube also. Rolled prints will not be damaged and will easily flatten when the print is displayed in a frame. If you order contains a framed original/print then the order will be wrapped and packaged within a box specifically made for frames, the box will be wrapped in protective packaging along with a copy of your order and a certificate of authenticity. If delivery is not possible or a signature is not obtained then either Royal Mail or the Courier will leave information on how you can have the item re-delivered or collected from the postage depot. If the order is not collected or re-delivered after a specific time then the order will be sent back to Artist Unites and you will then need to contact us for re-delivery, however because the original order could not be completed the buyer will be charged a postage fee for re-delivery. It is highly recommended that when you place your order if you are not going to be at the delivery destination for a considerable time for example, holidays etc then please send a message with the preferred dates upon your return. Artist Unites provides a international shipping service however any order will have a shipping cost to anywhere outside the U.K. The cost of the shipping will differ depending on quantity, size, weight etc but the shipping costs will be shown at the time of purchase and this will be added to the price of your order. Please allow up to 15 to 30 working days to receive your order after dispatch for international shipping, however every country has its own methods of delivery and also for re-delivery, Artist Unites is not responsible for your countries postage rules and regulations once it leaves the U.K. The order will however will require a signature and once the order has been delivered and with a signature then the transaction is complete. Refund Policy

Artist Unites does offer a returns policy however there are certain conditions. In the unlikely event we send you an incorrect order then upon receipt please inform us then Artist Unites will make arrangements for the collection of the incorrect order, this is likely to be via courier and if you could make sure the order is packaged back in the original packaging and we will arrange a date with yourselves for collection, subsequently when we receive the incorrect order back to us we will then send your correct order to the same address the order was made. Again in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged in any way upon receipt the you must contact Artist Unites within 24 hours of receipt, Artist Unites is not responsible for any damage, unless we are notified within 24 hours and no refund or replacement can be offered. Any claims of damages must be supported by photographic evidence and we also reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of misuse or damage that wasn't present at the time of delivery. All orders from Artist Unites are sent via recorded delivery and require a signature from the destination on the order, if you see that the package looks damaged then please refuse the package and inform Artist Unites within 24 hours. Artist Unites would never send any orders that are damaged and every order that is sent is photographed whilst it is wrapped and also the finished packaging before it leaves with Royal Mail or with the Courier. Artist Unites is not responsible for any damages caused by Royal Mail or by Courier and no action can be taken against Artist Unites, we highly recommend you inspect the package before you sign and accept the package as any report of damage after you take receipt of the package you will have to file a complaint against Royal Mail or the Courier as Artist Unites is not responsible, the cost of returning the package is your responsibility, we are also not responsible for lost returns or exchanges. Any damages to the order after you take receipt of the package and you open the package is your responsibility and any reports of damages will have to backed with photographic evidence and we must be contacted within 24 hours, if you do contact us within that time then we will ask you to return the package and this is your responsibility to send it back in a secure and safe way at your expense, once the package is received by ourselves we will then undertake a thorough investigation and it will be examined by professionals and they will determine how the item(s) were damaged and depending the outcome will also determine if we will or will not issue a refund of the offer of a re-print. If you do not contact us within 24 hours upon receipt then we reserve the right to offer no refund or replacement. Artist Unites offers a commission service and any commission work is completely bespoke, customised or personalised therefore a refund cannot be issued as by the very nature of the work it cannot be re-sold. None of this effects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and 2005 with the exceptions of the supply of personalised goods.
