Fantastic service. I’d accidentally ordered the 2022 collection. I got a call from the company the next day asking me if it was definitely the version I wanted. It wasn’t. It was the 2023 collection. If they hadn’t taken the time to call me, my cousin, who the gift is for, for his 40th birthday and is a huge F1 fan, would have noticed! Thanks again.

Excellent product - my son was very happy with his gift. Also excellent customer service! I ordered on a Sunday afternoon realising I’d almost certainly left it too late for the present to arrive by the Tuesday but decided that my son would be happy even if it was a late present. I received a follow up phone call the next morning and was told they would do everything possible for it to arrive on time! Sure enough, it arrived midday Tuesday in time for my son to receive it when he got home from school!! Fabulous. I would definitely recommend ??

Shop Policies

Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders can take up to 1-2 business days to process.

Local delivery time

The delivery time depends on the destination and usually it is 3-7 business days.

European deliveries

European orders will take between 5 to 10 business days to be shipped.

International deliveries

Orders outside of Europe will take between 10 to 15 business days to be shipped.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The seller is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund/Exchange policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on unused goods if you contact us within 14 business days of delivery and dispatch products back within: 30 days of delivery.  We cannot accept returns or refunds for bespoke or personalised products.

Return shipping and insurance costs are also the responsibility of the customer. It is advised that all returned goods are insured and sent with tracking information. Until we receive your returned products, their condition is the customer's responsibility.

Bespoke products, goods produced or sourced to order ([Removed], bespoke edition prints), vintage products, or any custom-made product won't qualify to be returned.

We'll send you an email to confirm that your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. This can take up to 7 business days.

Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.

Cancellation policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the customer is granted a cancellation period of 7 days from the date of submission of the order. The following will, therefore, apply to any cancellation received by Cherrymade.

In the event that the customer cancels the order within the above-mentioned 7 day period, on return of the product if already dispatched, the customer will be granted a full refund of the product price.  Orders for bespoke or personalised items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
