Our Order and Delivery Service

As confirmation of receipt of the order, David Brown Automotive Limited will send the Customer an email to the registered email address summarising the essential elements of the order. This email is purely for information purposes and does not constitute acceptance of the order by David Brown Automotive Limited.

David Brown is not obliged to carry out any incomplete or inexact orders or orders placed with different methods to those established in these General Conditions.

Prior to an order being despatched, the Customer may cancel the order by contacting our office on +44 (0) [Removed] during the opening hours of Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm or by emailing us [Removed].

The contract between David Brown Automotive Limited and the Customer is deemed concluded at the time in which David Brown Automotive Limited, after verifying that payment has been duly made, despatches the ordered products to the Customer. David Brown Automotive Limited will send the Customer an email message confirming despatch of the ordered products.

In the event that the products ordered by the Customer are not available, David Brown Automotive Limited undertakes, to notify the Customer of the lack of availability as soon as is practicable and to refund the Customer any sums already paid within 30 days of such notification.

Deliveries are carried out on behalf of David Brown Automotive Limited by a courier. Generally, delivery takes place within 14 days of the date on which the order is accepted by David Brown Automotive Limited.

In the event that your order is not delivered within 30 days of the date of ordering, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund of all monies paid by contacting our office on +44 (0) [Removed] during the opening hours of Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm or by emailing us [Removed].

David Brown Automotive Limited will deliver standard size parcels directly to your door within the UK mainland.

Refund/Exchange policy

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Cancellation policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
