Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders can take up to 1-3 business days to process.

Local delivery time

The delivery time depends on the destination and usually it is 3-7 business days.

European deliveries

European orders will take between 5 to 10 business days to be shipped.

International deliveries

Orders outside of Europe will take between 10 to 15 business days to be shipped.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The seller is not responsible for delays due to customs.

As all my products are pesonalised and printed specifically for the customer no returns or exchanges will be processed.
