Shop Policies

Shipping policy

You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order has been received. You will then receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped from the warehouse. Please note that, if you order more than 1 type of product, Eg: (You ordered a clothing item + an accessory item), Your order may come in separate packages, and at different times. All orders shipping to countries within the United Kingdom (UK), European Union (EU), United States of America (USA) will have taxes and duties paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We strive to make the checkout process as seamless as possible, so you can enjoy your purchase without any surprises or delays.

Customers in countries outside of the UK, EU and US may sometimes be subject to local customs fees, taxes and/or duties upon receiving their order, and you, the customer, are responsible for this. All orders will need to pass local customs inspection. We are unable to provide an estimate for how long this process will take and have no way to reduce that amount of time. If after 30 consecutive days your package still has yet to arrive, please call your local post office and ask if they are holding it for any reason. If not, please email us with your order number and a brief message to check the status.

If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you are still awaiting delivery; please call your local post office to see if it's being held there (we've noticed this happens on occasion). All customs charges are to be paid by the customer on receipt. We aim to have your order processed in 3 working days. Due to the volume of orders, it may take us 5 business days to produce and process your order. However, most of the times, it will be processed within 1 to 3 working days. Please note that sometimes, for domestic deliveries, it can take up to 5 business days, and for international deliveries, up to 7 business days for tracking updates to appear in the tracking website after your order is shipped. Which means that your order is still going through the shipping process and does not mean that there is an issue.

Shipping to domestic locations will aim to be delivered within 3-7 business days after the processing time is complete if you choose swift shipping. And it will aim to be delivered within 2-5 business days after the processing time is complete if you choose priority shipping.

Shipping to international locations will aim to be delivered within 5-10 business days after the processing time is complete. Due to frequent carrier delays especially in the holidays, it may sometimes take up to 15 business days (For domestic orders) or 30 business days (For international orders) to be delivered.

If your order is not delivered within this timeframe, please email [Removed] orders placed will get an email confirmation.

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us for an update. DELIVERY Shipping Rates are calculated based on total package weight and destination. Your order will be delivered during normal business hours, once payment has been made, to the address provided on the checkout page. Deliveries may require a signature on delivery. For this reason, it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box address or a hotel. We will endeavor to process your order as soon as possible following receipt of payment from you. We are not responsible for non-delivery if you have entered your address incorrectly or if you have used a foreign alphabet or non-English language characters. Risk passes to you once delivered, but Products shipped to any non-card registered address are sent entirely at your risk. Please note that no title of the relevant goods shall pass to you until payment has been received in full and delivery has been completed. Ownership of the Products will pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including any applicable delivery charges. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refund/Exchange policy

We are limited on the return or exchange policies. Ensure that you select the correct product and size when checking out. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, We gladly accept qualified returns by mail within 14 days of receipt. Please email us to arrange a return.

Please note, that returned items must be in original, unworn, and sealed condition with all their original tags. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed. Returned items that do not meet the above criteria or that are damaged in transit back to us may not be refunded. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Approved refund requests may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to you.

Cancellation policy

Orders begin to process within one hour after placing the order, if you want to change or cancel it, you will need to reach out to us by email no later than one hour after placing the order. There is no guarantee that orders will be canceled or changed.
