Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders will take 1-2 business days to process.

Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the destination and usually it is 3-5 business days.

EU deliveries
EU orders take 3 to 7 business days to be shipped.

International deliveries
Orders outside of Europe will take between 10 to 15 business days to be shipped.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund Policy

In the event that the customer cancels its order within the above mentioned seven 7 day period, on return by the customer of the artwork if already despatched, the customer will be granted a full refund of the relevant Price.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the Customer is granted a cancellation period of seven 7 days from the date of submission of the Order.

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on unused goods if you contact me within 7 days of delivery and dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping and insurance costs are also the responsibility of the customer. It is advised that all returned goods are insured and sent with tracking. Until we receive your return the items and their condition are your responsibility.

Bespoke items, goods produced or sourced to order (e.g. framed prints, bespoke edition prints), vintage items may not normally be returned.

We'll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. This will take up to 7 days.

Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
