Electric Ride on Cars is a business founded by 3 friends, Sam, Jav and Sid, we understand this business so well as we all have our own kids and as our kids have grown up we have realised the need not only for exciting outdoor toys but also the importance of high-quality products that are interesting for kids and enjoyable at the same time. This is exactly what we aim to deliver, hours of endless fun for not only the children who play with these outdoor kids toys but also the parents who can play alongside them helping them with parental controls, mp3 players, and recent upgrades even include TV screens, the parental controls ensure the child is given the required freedom but always at a safe distance and the control allows the parent to avoid any danger or trouble.

The advantage of buying from us is that we are the main importers of the cars, so we source these cars from all over the world ourselves and ensure the quality matches our customers expectation, we are not a drop shipping company that sells the cars and then relies on another company to deliver the car who’s quality might not be as good or may not even have the stock, we keep the stock ourselves in our 2 warehouses located in London and Bolton and you can visit our 2 stores and collect in person should you wish to do so, we also have a number of cars on display if you want to come and have a look you are more than welcome.

Whether the toys you buy from us is for you little boy or Girls Birthday, Xmas, or just a general present for kids, we promise you your kids will love these ride on cars. I know id love to have had the chance to play with these when I was a kid.

Shop Policies

Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders can take up to 1-2 business days to process.

Local delivery time

The delivery time depends on the destination and usually it is 3-7 business days.

European deliveries

European orders will take between 5 to 10 business days to be shipped.

International deliveries

Orders outside of Europe will take between 10 to 15 business days to be shipped.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The seller is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund/Exchange policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on unused goods if you contact us within 14 business days of delivery and dispatch products back within: 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping and insurance costs are also the responsibility of the customer. It is advised that all returned goods are insured and sent with tracking information. Until we receive your returned products, their condition is the customers responsibility.

Bespoke products, goods produced or sourced to order ([Removed], bespoke edition prints), vintage products or any custom made product won't qualify to be returned.

We'll send you an email to confirm that your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. This can take up to 7 business days.

Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.

Cancellation policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the customer is granted a cancellation period of 7 days from the date of submission of the order. The following will, therefore, apply to any cancellation received by Electric Ride On Cars.

In the event that the customer cancels the order within the above mentioned 7 day period, on return of the product if already dispatched, the customer will be granted a full refund of the product price.
