Shipping policy

SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS

We provide shipping to all customers worldwide. At present, the estimated shipping duration for orders within Europe is between 3 to 10 business days. For orders being shipped to the United States and other international destinations, the expected shipping time is approximately 7 to 20 business days. It's important to keep in mind that these timeframes are approximate and actual delivery times can vary based on the specific country of destination and any applicable customs or import procedures.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BY EVOLVED is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We will provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. You will receive a Track & Trace link once your order has been sent out.

Refund/Exchange policy

(FRAMED) PRINTS AND PHONE CASES

We offer returns or refunds for phone cases only if certain conditions are met. You are eligible for a refund if:


- The product has visible damage on arrival.

or,


- The product has not yet been shipped out.

If one of these conditions apply to you, please kindly fill in the contact

Please note that if you wish to return your purchase after 14 days, this policy does not apply and we can unfortunately not process a refund.


CLOTHING

We have a 14-day return policy for all customers, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your return is accepted you will receive a full refund of all the products you returned within 14 business days.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with clear images of the item if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
