Shipping Policy

I pack originals, and limited editions myself.

For domestic shipping, I use ground shipping with tracking and insurance. 

International customers, I ship with tracking and insurance. 

If you have any questions about shipping rates, please contact me with your postal code so I can get you the most accurate shipping possible. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is my priority! If you don't love it, return it for an equal exchange, or credit towards another item.

RETURN POLICY

You may return your item within 30 days of receipt for exchange or credit towards another item. Shipping fees are NOT refundable and return shipping is at the expense of the customer. The piece must be returned in it's original condition. If the piece is damaged in the shipping process to me, you will receive your refund after an insurance claim is filed.

STANDARD RETURNS

All items must be returned in their original packaging material. Return shipping is at the customers expense and the item must be insured for the purchase amount.

E-mail me pictures of:

The art and the original packaging to prove it arrived safely and undamaged. The art, the shipping container and packaging before you seal the package. The shipping container after the art is packaged up.

This protects you by verifying that the art arrived to you in good condition and was properly protected upon return. In the email please include your order # and title of the piece.


DAMAGED RETURNS

If your art work is damaged or defective in any way, I offer a hassle-free Return when possible.

Take clear digital photos of the damaged item and packaging it arrived in and email them to me along with your order #, title of the piece and a brief reason for the return at [email protected].

If I can process your refund based on your photos, you do not need to return the item. If damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photos, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the refund can be processed. Please be sure to send your item via a trackable method.
