About Exclusive edition
Grégory DELAUNOIS, alias - BANDITO - Graphic designer, former student of the Beaux-Arts de Tournai (Belgium) and Bachelor in Advertising and Visual Communication from the Ecole Supérieure des Arts de Tournai, he devoted himself professionally and passionately at the beginning of his career to the advertising.
FreeLance, he quickly specialized in advertising graphics and vector animation for the web which, in the mid-90s, was only in its infancy. Throughout his career, he set up, with partners, several communication companies in which he invested himself as artistic director.
After a career of more than 25 years in advertising, his passion for the automobile led him to change his activity and to devote himself to the production of unique original posters on the world of motor racing.
From his studio in Tournai, he creates his posters from small 1/18 scale models. Combining his experience in advertising and precision, he stages these miniature cars which will then be retouched and integrated into unique digital compositions. This personal technique, 100 miles away from the most advanced 3D special effects, allows him to keep a child's soul! He draws his inspiration from the history of brands; drivers or a car whose beauty or pedigree he exalts. He bases his work on his knowledge of the composition of advertising posters to describe the expression of a moving car or a circuit that often conveys a heroic bygone era.
